Concall summary (2026-08-03)
AI summary of the earnings call transcript · tone: Positive · source document
Guidance & outlook
- As indicated, the revenue is around INR402 crores, a 21% quarter -on-quarter increase compared to Q4 of FY26.
- As you know, we came off from FY25 -- a very successful FY25 and FY26 results were not as expected because a lot of the deals we were expecting to close at the time didn't materialize.
Growth & demand
- So I'll start with our revenues of Q1, which was INR402 crores, 20% growth over Q4.
- Profit after tax improved slightly and same for order book, which also saw a small growth.
Margins & costs
- And then finally, optimizing our operating expenses in line with our business and cost engineering for improving margins and working capital management to reduce finance costs over time.
- I would say our first target will be positive EBITDA and EBIT and then going to PAT profitability as well.
Capex & expansion
- On the debt side, the net debt increase is mainly, as what I mentioned earlier, due to net working capital increase as well as increased payouts, and also the company's focus in terms of continued investments in terms of capex.
- And lastly, we are still awaiting the expansion order for the BSNL 4G with additional 26,000 sites.
Balance sheet & cash
- And at net receivable level, the net receivables after the customer advance adjustments currently stand at INR2,232 crores compared to INR1,905 crores.
- The gross borrowing stands at INR4,866 crores and net borrowings at INR4,277 crores.
