Guidance & outlook

  • So, the guidance for this year, as we have indicated, about 10 -12% on the top line should also apply to this business, and our profitability should improve from the last year.
  • Again, on the outlook, we are at about 550-600 crore budget, out of which we've done about 167 crores.

Growth & demand

  • On the quarter gone by, it's a consecutive quarter, 24th consecutive quarter of growth, grew at about 9% on the top line console level.
  • As I said, some of it has come because of volume growth and some of it has come because of slight value growth.

Margins & costs

  • On the freight business side, the margin has been slight, there has been slight improvement, but top line has also grown by about 10-11%.
  • EBITDA is about 1.6% flat on the standalone as well as about 5-ish% on the console level.

Capex & expansion

  • The investment in the first quarter was about 167 crores.
  • On the Cold Chain side, we've acquired some decent contracts in Q3-Q4 of last year, which has started to play out in this year.

Balance sheet & cash

  • Our dividend that we received from the JVs also was slightly lower in the first quarter.
  • So, our receivable days are working capital days, rather 55 to 56 days.
